Amundsen: Desert In A Can Blueberry Pancake Stack Imperial Stout (440ml)
Think, maple syrup, blueberries and light fluffy buttermilk pancakes you just may have the idea of what this beer is bringing to the table.
Amundsen: Hawk, Wind & Fire Imperial Stout (440ml)
Coconut chocolate mud cake – Ultra pastry stout. Brewed with coconut flakes, cocoa nibs and demerara sugar.
Amundsen: Timewarp Jukebox NEIPA (440ml)
NEIPA brewed with Ekuanot, Centennial, Chinook, Hallertau Blanc, Citra BBC, Mosaic BBC.
Amundsen: Euphoric Mind NEIPA (440ml)
NEIPA brewed with Magnum, Enigma, Sabro and Centennial.
Amundsen: Pimp Dust Blueberry Pastry Sour (440ml)
Blueberry Muffin Pastry Sour w/ Cinnamon, vanilla, blueberries and lemon.

Lost and Grounded vs Track: Show Up Turn It Up! Sour DIPA (440ml)
Back in December our Manchester pals Track Brewing Co. paid us a visit, and what better to do than throw down a beer together! The result : SHOW UP, TURN IT UP! 8% Sour DIPA! Pils malt with a heap of wheat and oats forms the canvas for loads of El Dorado, Simcoe and Mosaic to work their magic. Think tart with mango, lemon and orange vibes taking shape in the form of a DIPA. Brilliant!
Lost and Grounded: Altogether Elsewhere Pilsner (440ml)
Czech-style Pils using a traditional decoction mash in this, we actually boil a portion of the mash to help break down the malt, also increasing the subtle biscuity character of Pils malt. Its no secret we love lager, we operate a state-of-the-art Brewhouse, complete with a traditional lactic acid propagation plant (traditional German method of adjusting acidity) to produce beers with balance, nuance and depth of character.
Fierce: Eskimo Joe Cold Press Coffee Pale (440ml)
Cold press coffee and vanilla pale.
Fierce: Maple Pancake Pale (440ml)
This Pancake Pale was made with vegan Pancakes in the mash, and Canadian Maple Syrup in the boil. Full bodied, full flavoured yet really drinkable.
Northern Monk: Hop City 2020 DIPA (440ml)
This double IPA showcases HBC 692, one of the most exciting experimental varieties coming through Yakima Chief Ranches’ breeding program. It has an exceptionally high oil content which leads to a really resinous profile with prominent notes of pink grapefruit as well as pine and tropical fruit which make it suited to a wide range of IPA styles. We supported this with the unique pina colada character of Sabro and the signature tropical fruit vibrancy of Citra, both utilised in T90 pellet and CryoTM format. A total of 32g/l of hopping across whirlpool and dry hop is supported by a New England IPA base loaded with multiple oat formats and some malted wheat; all ideal for building the silkiest and fullest mouthfeel for this juicy double IPA.
Wild Beer Co: Kalamansification Sour (330ml)
Kalamansification is a tropical sour inspired by zingy tropical and citrus cocktails. Its bright colour comes from hibiscus flowers and has a big tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. We used kalamansi and lime in addition to the passion fruit, orange and guava in the beer.
71 Brewing: Kveik Your Eyes Peeled White IPA (440ml)
A single hop IPA brewed with Voss Kveik (yeast), Citra hops and sweet orange peel.Tropical and citrus, fantastic and delicious.
Black Isle: Morocco White IPA (330ml)
White IPA. Natural and unfiltered.
Magic Rock: Dark Arts Hazelnut Stout (330ml)
Soft, sweet roasted hazelnut flavours with indulgent chocolate finish. A smooth, roasty stout with full, rounded mouthfeel.
Donzoko: Big Foam Lager (500ml)
Rustic country style lager, with German pilsner malt and lovaly grown spelt. Finished with Hallertau Blanc and Astra hops, for a peachy white wine finish.

Siren: Royal Crumble Sour (440ml)
We’re recreating the classic crumble in all its sweet and sour wonder. Sharp, tangy rhubarb joins forces with a kettle sour base to bring vibrant, mouth-puckering tartness. Our crumble topping combines biscuity, nutty mixed-grain malts with delicate spices, while lactose brings everything together with silky smooth body and comforting sweetness.
Omnipollo: Aon Pecan Mud Cake Imperial Stout (330ml)
When I was 12 I dreamed of becoming a pastry chef. Call this a creative outlet. Thick, rich and excessively decadent, this beer aims to bring back childhood memories.
Omnipollo vs Trillium: Covered in Puppies DIPA (440ml)
What happens when two of the world’s best juice-merchants come together to brew a beer? Covered in Puppies is what happens. This is every bit as soft and juicy as you’d expect, loaded with tropical and stone fruit flavours with a great hop balance.

Apple Imperial Stout brewed with strawberries and lactose.
Omnipollo: Anagram Blueberry Cheesecake Imperial Stout (330ml)
Friends, family, kindred spirits. Inspiration comes in many shapes and forms. In this case it’s in a Blueberry Cheesecake Stout.
Omnipollo: Lorelei Imperial Porter (330ml)
Coconut Maple Toast Imperial Porter – brewed with toasted coconut and maple syrup. The fourth time we invite a home brewer to join us and Siren in a collaborative brew. Once a year, home brewers are encouraged to send us their best brews. Dave Strachan submitted a beautiful coconut Porter and so we decided to play along on that theme.
Garage Beer: Gone Hollywood Berliner Weisse (440ml)
Fruity Barcelona Weisse packed full of blackberries and rubarb complimeted by a full chewy mouthfeel.
Garage Beer: Chocolate Tears Imperial Stout (440ml)
Following the same base as Circus Tears, Chocolate Tears is a thich full on Imperial Stout with a huge does of pure cocao.
Garage Beer: Locker Porter (440ml)
A straight up session porter. Deep rich smooth chocolate and roasted flavours built on a soft yet full body, whilst its low ABV keeps its drinkability.
Garage Beer: Private Matters NEDIPA (440ml)
A big fat juicy full bodied DIPA brewed with Columbus, Citra, BRU-1 & Cascade hops made with our friends from New Jersey, Barrier brewing
Garage Beer: Wah Wahva NEIPA (440ml)
Collaboration with our good friends from Brewski. This mid strength IPA is super hoppy and has a full soft body.
Garage Beer: Supercombi DIPA (440ml)
DIPA brewed with citra, columbus, cashmere, bru-1 and simcoe hops.

Collaborative session IPA with Soma Beer. A loud hop coctail including Amarillo, Falconers Flight, Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, Cascade.
