|Magic Rock: Biotransformer American IPA (440ml)A collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops trialling experimental Cryo Hops® TRI2304. A huge aroma of citrus peel, peach and mango on the nose with a full mouthfeel. Taste juicy fruit, mango, and guava with mild grapefruit and lime zing, this DDH DIPA is low in bitterness but high in flavour and balance. |Polly’s Brew Co: Floom New England Pale Ale (440ml)This DDH Pale is everything we come to expect from our more sessionable output now – high juice, low bitterness, with a big hitter lineup of Azacca, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe in the dry hop, imparting all of those incredible stone fruit, sweet clementine, and sherbert notes on both the nose and the palate. Loaded up to the max with oats in the mash, and fermented out with LA3 for huge amounts of suspension, a beer that punches way above its weight.|
|Polly’s Brew Co: Electric Sunrise IPA (440ml)We’ve brought in every brewer’s new favourite superyeast Kveik to the party to create a beer that has a bucketload of complexity, whilst retaining maximum drinkability. In house favourite combo Citra and Mosaic smashes into the old school duo of Comet and Columbus for a beer that is high on juice, but with that signature old school Polly’s bite we love so much.Expect a beer that leaves a mark in both aroma and flavour, with a swagbag of juicy papaya and passionfruit notes paired up with solid grapefruit and pithy orange, finished with a little spicy complexity on the end.|
|Polly’s Brew Co: Intro Powerslide NEIPA (440ml)There’s nothing quite like the screech of a skateboard that invokes those wonderful nostalgic feelings of summers gone by, hanging and enjoying good times with friends. We’ve paid homage to this nostalgia with Intro Powerslide – a beer that made us collectively go “Woah, that’s incredible” when sampling it, this is a celebration of everything about the past, present and future of US hops. Featuring El Dorado for some current new school pineapple and mango notes, everybody’s favourite newest mega hype hop Sabro for creamy, coconut, tropical pina colada notes for good measure, and a lashing of old school pillar Comet for a little bit of classic Polly’s bite.|
|Wild Beer Co: Amuse Cherry Fruited Sour (330ml)The Amuse series is back with a belated bang! Our Wild Beer take on the classic Belgian Kriek involves barrels, blending and fresh English cherries. The cherries are freshly picked for us direct from the farm, then de-stemmed and hand crushed at the brewery. By infusing the chosen blend with 1.5 tonnes of whole cherries, it delivers a briskly tart and fruity beer with a hint of almond to finish. The result is an amalgamation of complexities and layers from the variety of different barrels used.|
|Wild Beer Co: Wildebeest Imperial Stout (330ml)Ideal for contemplation and speculation, this is the liquid equivalent of the lotus position. Our Imperial espresso chocolate vanilla stout, Wildebeest is a judicious selection of pale and dark malts to which is added the highest quality Valrhona cocoa nibs and freshly roasted Columbian coffee. Best enjoyed sipped from your favourite brandy snifter, while sitting comfortably in a plush armchair, preferably next to a roaring fire. The vanilla pods add something a little special to the character of the beer. Helping produce an elegant, creamy, soothing confection of aromas and flavours. It’s like a rich dessert in a glass.|

|Wild Beer Co: Vivo IPA Session (330ml)Vivo is a wonderfully drinkable session IPA. Modern hop flavours are layered on top of a uniquely fermented 4.9% beer. This beer is all about showcasing the Kveik yeast strain which comes from the wilderness of Norway where it has been used for decades of farmhouse brewing. The hops we used are intense, bringing an upfront classic bitterness combined with a fruit-juice like punch of flavour.|

Prince, a classic west coast IPA with Falconer’s Flight and Simcoe, perfect for transporting you to a hot Californian Summer’s Day!
|S43: Such Great Heights TIPA (440ml)|
We’ve never done a Triple IPA before, and with this year being dubbed as ‘The Year of the TIPA’ we thought we’d give it a good go. Hopped with Idaho 7, Citra and Mosaic we’re reaching some new heights in ABV to make a thick, intense tropical TIPA, big and boozy and full of flavour!

A holiday in a can, imagine Denali, Azacca and Sabro in a beer, that’s already going to be a pretty sweet beer right? Well we went crazy and added some Pineapple Puree and Lactose to make this super hazy juice bomb. Be a Pineapple, stand tall, wear a crown and be sweet on the inside!

YOU’LL WANT TO USE YOUR GOOD CAN OPENER ON THIS TIN OF PEACHES. WE’VE MELLOWED OUT THE FRESH ACIDITY OF THE PEACH WITH CREAMY, DELICATE VANILLA TO MAKE A BEER THAT’S AS SUMMERY AS, WELL… PEACHES AND CREAM.
|Fierce: Pina Colada Hazy IPA (440ml)|
This beer was brewed as a full on haze bomb IPA, bursting with Tropical Fruit and Citrus aromas and flavours from the hop bill. But then we also added pineapple juice and coconut during fermentation, to make a true Caribbean taste sensation…
