The legend continues… starring Sir Lindsey Anderson, our honourable landlord for Bluntrock Taproom. Join Sir Lindsey, the brave and courageous Knight, on his journey through the West Coast. A recurring series, the legend continues with Chapter 3. For this batch we have kept the same malts, but changed up the hops to Azacca, Riwaka and Amarillo, giving the beer softer piney, resinous flavours than before, but bringing a flurry of new world hop characters; aromas of citrus and stone fruits. Lindsey is Hugo’s old Surf Life Saving coach at Polzeath Surf Life Saving Club. His old school character shaped some of Cornwall’s finest athletes in the sport, using strict training routines and firm discipline, the Polzeath SLS produced a long list of medals thanks to Lindseys efforts! The style of this beer represents Lindsey’s character perfectly.
