Campervan x BlackJack: Northern Switch Pale (440ml)

Our turn for the (proper) Northern version of this two-handed collab with Manchester’s Blackjack Brewery. The premise is a simple one – starting with the same mash bill, both breweries then diverged using ingredients based on a North-South divide:

– OG Boddingtons Liquid Yeast (Blackjack) vs Saturated Yeast (Campervan)
– Southern Hemisphere Hops (Nelson, Pacific Jade, Enigma Leaf) vs Northern Hemisphere Hops ( Idaho 7 Cryo, Citra BBC)
– Cask (Blackhack) vs Keg (Campervan)
