Goller: Kellerbier (500ml)

Using the traditional Franconian Keller recipe for a thick and cloudy lager, Göller keeps Kellerbier unfiltered and unpasteurized to retain the natural yeast and proteins suspended in the beer. Notes of honey, spiced fruit, and pine with a sublte maltiness. Finishes with a slight tange. Kellerbier is the original lager invented in Franconia during the Middle Ages, stored in cellars or caves to keep the temperature cool enough to brew bottom-fermenting lagers. “Keller” translates as “cellar.”
