When will my beers be delivered?

Local Delivery:
If you live within the local delivery area, orders will be delivered by ourselves within 3 working days from when your order is placed. Local deliveries will be between 1pm-6pm and are open to customer preferences regarding delivery date, time and location. Drivers will enforce a challenge 25 policy when delivering all orders.

UK Delivery:
If you live out with the local delivery area, orders will be delivered through the Parcelforce Express 24 service and should be with you within 2 working days from us confirming your order. All deliveries will have parcel tracking.

Is there minimum/maximum order limits?

No, there’s no minimum or maximum limit when it comes to placing orders. Delivery is at set rates depending on your location. Orders over £50 qualify for free UK mainland delivery.

Can I order beers from Westhill Service Station's growler taps?

Sadly not! We value the freshness of beer and always recommend tap beers to be consumed on the day or over the next day or two at most. For this reason, a delivery that could potentially take up to 5 working days to reach the customer is just not great news for any growler beer.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes. At the checkout page there will be the option for a delivery charge or store pickup. If you prefer to pick up your order from the store (Westhill Service Station), you may do so and there will be no added delivery cost to your purchase. Others can also collect on your behalf.

When are new beers added?

All the time! There tends to be hundreds of craft units delivered to Westhill Service Station every week. The newsletter is where we first reveal the new arrivals, which will be linked to this website. If you want to be the first to know when we have new beers in, the newsletter is your best shout! Why can I sometimes only order a single quantity of certain beers?

We try as best as we can to avoid limitations but sometimes we are only allocated a case or two of the super rare/hype beers! To ensure that we can allow as many people as possible to try an extremely limited release, we only allow customers to purchase oner single unit. 1 is always better than none, and we must always be as fair as we can.

Can gift vouchers be used in-store?

Gift vouchers purchased online must be used online only. We have no physical gift cards at this point in time, but one day we’d like to get some to use in-store with our tills all going well. For now though, online only folks!
