PINEAPPLE. PASSIONFRUIT. CITRUS. Three of our favourite hops; Citra, Motueka and Simcoe combine with Phantasm, an extract from Sauvingon blanc grapes to encourage some tropical flavour inducing biotransformation during fermentation. ABOUT THE ARTIST – HELION ART Our main rule is The Beer Comes First. But rules are made to be broken. In this case we designed a beer to fit the art! We’ve worked with Helion Art (Aether) for years, and she’s worked on a lot of tight briefs for us. This time it was all up to her, and it doesn’t disappoint! Tigress (the beer) is every bit as tropical, exotic, and striking as the artwork. So expect some intense aromatics on this juicy NEIPA. Vegan + Certified Gluten Free
