Our tart Berliner Weisse base is topped with almost a tonne of Honeyberries for sweet, complex berry notes, with additions of sweet vanilla and warming cinnamon to take this sour to pastry town.

What is Honeyberry we hear you ask? Described as the love child of blueberries and cranberries, they’ve got a beautifully sour-sweet berry profile which makes them perfect for use in jams, desserts, or beer!
