Vault City: Pear & Vanilla Sour (375ml)

Taking a very seasonal approach we’ve refermented pears for a delicate, almost floral character to pair with our spritzy mixed-culture sour base beer. The addition of vanilla rounds out the finish with a creamy texture and hint of sweetness. Crisp as the dry leaves underfoot and comforting as a place by the fire.
