We are born from a passion for Belgian beer. Widely recognised as the historic pinnacle of brewing process, we have embraced the Belgian style. Adopting it’s traditions and processes whilst developing and pushing the boundaries to supply the growing appetite for artisan beers.

Brewing in North East Scotland, six°north of Brussels, we are blessed with pure soft water and fields abound with high quality barley. We won’t tamper with natures intent, all our beers are unfiltered and carbonated naturally through secondary fermentation (bottle conditioned). These processes provide the aspirational drinker with a live, full and uncompromising experience that will continually evolve We are six°north.

This beer contains sediment as a product of natural conditioning. Pouring carefully in one smooth motion ensuring enough flow to create bottle. If you prefer swirl the bottle to loosen a good head, leaving the last 5mm of beer in the the sediment, pour and taste the difference.
