71 Brewing: Winkie’s Flight Dark Ale (440ml)

Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA), is a fall seasonal release. Lighter in ABV than a traditional black IPA at just 5.5%, this beer utilizes darker malts (black malt and chocolate malt) to impart a roast malt color and flavor to the beer while retaining a full bodied mouthfeel from the generous use of oats. A strong bitterness at 56 IBUs with a pine and grapefruit forward aroma from a dry hop with the classic PNW hops Simcoe and Cascade.
