Deya: Draw the Curtains Pale Ale (500ml)

Draw the Curtains is a pale ale designed collectively by our brewing team and utilising mid fermentation dry hopping. A modest late fermentation dry hop of Citra, Idaho 7 and Strata was used to try and tease out some sweet, gummy, juicy fruit character. The beer was finished off with a post fermentation dry hop of the same varieties to layer on bright aromas of orange, lemon and pineapple
