Northern Monk: Patrons Project 40.02 Third Eye Signs DDH IPA (440ml)

Our second Northern Monk Presents release is a DDH IPA showcasing Idaho 7 in CGX form from Crosby Hops.  

Backed up with Citra and Sabro to give you a juicy number that packs a surprisingly juicy hit at an almost-sessionable 5.5%.  

Flavours of juicy tropical and stone fruits, as well as pink grapefruit, pine, coconut, citrus come to fore. 

You won’t need much of a sign to point them out; you’ll know from the first sip.
