Campervan: Summer of ’73 IPA (440ml)

Brewed to celebrate Olive the Campervan’s 50th Birthday, this is a collab with WHC Labs and also featuring Yakima Chiefs. A Thiolised IPA makes use of Thiols, flavour/aroma compounds that are normally ‘locked in’ and therefore inaccessible normally during the brewing process. To unlock these flavours, we’ve used pioneering products from WHC Labs (Hop Unlock) and Yakima Chief’s YCH 303 Trial Blend (Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Citra blended with Phantasm (Sauvignon Blanc grape skins), along with Cryo Cashmere. It’s a very modern, experimental, expensively put together hazy beer, so expect ripe pineapple, tropical fruits, passionfruit, Sauvignon Blanc and a little bit of dank
