Fallow Plans is the next step in this progress, as we’ve upped our DIPA game once again. Named for a spot in our brew plans back when we were planning our latest round of beers back in May, Fallow Plans is Team Polly’s going all out on the hop and malt bill for a DIPA amplified up to eleven with generous lashings of Columbus, El Dorado, Simcoe and Mosaic.
