We teamed up with our friends at Two by Two Brewing for something a little bit different. This bright and bold Beetroot Sour is dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and fermented using Norwegian Kveik Voss to accentuate the natural sweetness of fresh beetroot. Tangy and sweet. Grist: Scottish Extra Pale, Deluxe Flaked Wheat (GLUTEN) Hot-side Hops: Pilgrim T90, El Dorado T90 Cold-side Hops: Mandarina Bavaria T90, Mosaic T90 Yeast: Kveik Voss Adjuncts: Beetroot
