A heavy foundation of Mosaic brings bright flavours of overripe mango and zesty citrus fruits while a liberal dose of Amarillo reveals waves of sweet tangerine, mouth-watering bursts of orange and a subtle floral aroma. The addition of oats promotes body, creating a soft and balanced beer with an explosive tropical profile.
