Bellwoods Brewery: Cat Lady IPA (473ml)

Bellwoods Brewery: Cat Lady IPA (473ml)

Cat Lady is an IPA that was created in response to Roman Candle — a foil or counterpart to showcase another side of hoppy — but has developed into its own, autonomous self. The malt bill and resulting colour are relatively light, the bitterness is on the higher end of our hoppy spectrum, the body is dry, and the spotlight on Columbus imparts dank, slightly savoury notes.

What it smells and tastes like: Aromatics of cedar, fresh strawberries and orange peel. Loads of bold grapefruit and crushed pineapple lead into a spicy, resinous finish.
