Black Iris Brewery: The Big Chill Bitter (440ml)

This band collab sees us working with our first ever international band, Domkraft, who hail from Stockholm, Sweden, and we made this 4.6% Best Bitter, The Big Chill. We wanted to grab the opportunity to develop a beer with them in time for their headline performance at this year’s Masters Of the Riff festival, so when they approached us with the idea of doing a rich, bitter we couldn’t resist the idea. Pioneer and Progress hop varieties in the boil lend a citrus, spicy hop profile, while Amarillo at flame out gives orange peel, marmalade vibes, all wrapped up with a smooth, nut brown maltiness.
