Bluntrock: Dolce Drift Italian Pilsner (440ml)

We recently got together with the wonderful Tap Social Movement to brew an Italian Pilsner – a classic lager recipe, with a modern twist – a modest dry hop which lends the beer more hoppy character, whilst retaining the crisp, clean characteristics you’d want in a lager. It requires a careful balancing act, and one we are really happy with the results of – we’ve featured Lubelski – a lesser known, Polish hop variety, which brings subtle flavours of bergamot, lemon and a gentle spiciness. The result is a refreshing beer with a touch more complexity than you might expect in a lager. It’s perfect for the summer, and the can design and artwork summons up the relaxed drinking experience the style demands.
