The Goat (formerly Orchard Dry) is our dry sparkling cider with apples from Bristol’s Far Orchard. A field blend of varieties from across the orchard inspired this classic West Country dry cider, a fitting tribute to the man who planted the orchard, cider legend Mr Redvers Coate. Clear filtered, sprightly, sharp and astringent with a hint of authentic acetic funk. Apple strudel, blackcurrant and cider vinegar on the nose, nectarine and sherbet on the tongue, lemony finish.
