Wester is our ‘Wester than West’ modern, hazy, West Country cider. Wester showcases the very special Ashton Brown Jersey apple, discovered in Bristol in 1903, grown at Bristol’s Far Orchard and now fermented at our Bristol cidery. Citrusy, zingy, grapefruit notes from the Ashton Brown Jersey are layered on top of soft, velvety tannins from our blend of classic bittersweet varieties to create this epic juicy summer guzzler.
