This braggot pays homage with a bold fusion of rich malt & golden honey, brewing up a drink both wild & untamed.; deep amber with a smooth body, with flavours of caramel, wildflowers & a whisper of smoke. Both ferocious & comforting, Dròlan is a beer to savour slowly, lest you awaken the monster… Nestled on the banks of the River Ness, Uile-bheist produce their fantastic range of craft beers & artisanal spirits in their state of the art & sustainable Inverness brewstillery – we’re delighted to collaborate with them to create this monster brew.
