Leaning into Spring, we’ve foraged wild nettle tips and gorse flowers to be steeped in the hop gun, allowing nature’s ingredients to steer this flavour profile. Floral coconut flavours of the gorse flowers blend seamlessly with green earthiness from the nettle tips. We’ve also added hops Saaz and Sabro in the mix to back up the soft floral notes and round off this light sessionable spring ale into a clean and delicate offering. Made for longer days and brighter nights.
