This Double dry hopped Pale was brewed with Fonio, an ancient grain that grows in West Africa. A special and generally forgotten about grain, that has many attributes such as being draught proof by being able to survive the hottest climates, whilst still being a superfood packed with vitamins and nutrients. As if this wasn’t enough, to add aromas of passion fruit, tropical fruits and pine we also filled it with Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Chinook hops
