Holy Goat: Skullflower Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour with Elderflower (375ml)

Brewed with Golden Promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown rolled oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. We aged this base beer for around four months before an addition of elderflower foraged locally in Dundee.
