Our take on the classic German hefeweizen uses the renowned
Weihenstephan Weizen yeast. Our goal was to maximise ester
production during fermentation, particularly the iconic
isoamyl acetate/banana-like flavour. The result is a supremely
quaffable take on the classic, with a heavy hit of banana along
with a hint of bubblegum and clove.
