Holy Goat: Thundercurrant ’26 Mixed Ferm Sour with Blackcurrants (375ml)

Blended from two batches of golden sour beer, each primary fermented with a distinctive Brettanomyces strain and brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats. With an average age of four months, the blend offers bright citrus and tropical aromatics. It was conditioned for one month on over 220g/L of whole blackcurrants, harvested from farms within 40 miles of the brewery.
