Lemon balm is such a wonderful herb. It’s the scent of those heady early summer days, warming sun, brightness and signs of new life.
This sour beer is made with baskets of freshly cut, locally grown lemon balm – creating a beautiful bright acidity and lemony herbaceousness. The acidity is rounded nicely with a lovely sweetness from our heritage malted barley.
Ingredients: Heritage malted barley, fresh lemon balm, expressive yeasts, Cornish water. All our beers are Vegan and Lactose Free.
