Part of a double collab with Siren Craft Brew and Fierce Beer, Brain Science is a West Coast IPA heavily hopped with Motueka and El Dorado. We invited Sean over, argued about the colour westies should be, and settled on this big, golden, bitter special with lashings of lemon, lime and pineapple character. After all, it’s not Rocket Surgery.
