Appearance – Golden straw

Aroma – Complex, ripe red and green apple, notes toffee and raisin and stone and citrus fruit.

Taste – Medium dry, with a deep complex structure balanced with bright crisp apple. Medium to full body with a long finish.

Sweetness – Medium Dry

ABV – 5.5%
