L’Ermitage: Nigredo Double Dark Sour (330ml)

The result of our crazy experiments, the brew for this Double Black Sour dates back to February 2021. After spending a year and a half in Cognac barrels, it was refermented for two months on a concentration of 200g per liter of Morello cherries. The result is reminiscent of the famous black forest and the voltage rises gently to
8%.
