We’ve teamed up with acclaimed hop suppliers Yakima Chief to create a DIPA using a trio of hops from the wild Neomexicanus subspecies – Sabro, Talus (previously known as HBC 692) and an experimental variety currently named HBC 472. Expect aromas and flavours of juicy citrus, creamy coconut and a hint of bourbon character.
