When we made Rolling Palace, it was supposed to be a one off. But we loved it. So we’ve made others. Rolling Palace is now our IPA series. Same base beer, different dry hop. Number 4: Azacca. A tropical God of hops. Spicy, with mango, pineapple, and piney notes.
