Brew York: Big Poppa Pump Pale Ale (440ml)

The first of 4 ‘Survivor Series’ beers produced in conjunction with Yakima Chief Hops® to showcase their new Cryo Pop™, the most electrifying hop blend in brewing entertainment. Designed to create a big hit of soluble hop compounds for enhanced hop character this beer is hopped with Cryo Pop™ alone. Can you smell what the ‘Pop’ is cooking? Some small batch toasted oats and a touch of Carafa III were utilised to try and obtain a nice orange colour and provide a background of popcorn like character in the beer.
