Caledonian Cider: North & South Wild Fermented Cider (330ml)

‘North and South’ was made as a response to the apple crop failure across the Black Isle in 2019.  The Caledonian Cider Co responded by blending various unknown donated garden apples (grown locally in the Highlands) sparkling cider with keeved Somerset cider made from James Grieve and Katie varieties. The result is a medium dry cider full juice cider , with peachy fruit and wonderful tannins, that is both refreshing and food friendly.
