Deya: Bushcombe Wall Mixed Fermentation Ale (750ml)
This beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and then aged in oak barrels for 1 year. It was re-fermented with blackberries for 4 weeks. The berries bring a quick bright aroma of hedgerow fruit and a sweet jammy flavour. The acidity is quick and the oak character is minimal to let the primary fruit flavour be the focus.
