Dookit: Zena Session Blonde Ale (330ml)

An easy-going, light and fruity blonde ale. Notes of sweet tangerines, lemon zest, brambles, red berries and pear. Freshly baked bread smells and a decent, grassy bitterness. Extra pale Maris Otter malt is bulked up by Scottish oats, Cara and dextrin malts. Saphir hops were added to the mash for delicate orange citrus flavours. Then, a go-to Dookit Brewing hop combination of Endeavour and Pilgrim was added in the kettle providing a British fruit basket of flavours. Co-fermented with K-97 and Windsor yeast for extra fruity and fresh bread esters.
