Elusive: Checkpoint IPA (440ml)

Building on what we’ve learned about brewing modern West Coast-style IPA, we used a base of Lager malt to give a super pale base to which Simcoe, Talus and Nelson Sauvin hops were added to bring notes of pine, grapefruit and gooseberry. The dry and bitter beer is super aromatic and crisp.
