Fierce: Fancy Juice 4 DIPA (440ml)

Building on the previous iterations and learnings from ‘Fancy Juice’ we’ve taken the beer that won us Gold for ‘Best DIPA’ in the 2020 Scottish Beer Awards and given it a bit of an update! This time using Bru-1, Ekuanot and Simcoe – the result? An incredibly soft and full bodied hazy DIPA which will knock you over with notes of juicy pineapple and sweet pithy citrus followed by a subtle dank bitterness which makes you want to go back for more!
