Named after the legendary chocolatier Henri Le Roux, the creator of Salted Caramel that took the world by storm.

Starting with a chocolate base, then infused with caramel, Maldon sea salt and then an addition of lactose to give a smooth richness. A truly decadent and indulgent stout.
