Holy Goat: Bergamot Crusher Golden Sour (375ml)

Brewed with all local Scottish malts and fermented with our house Brettanomyces blend notable for its citrus forward character. This beer was conditioned on freshly harvested Italian bergamot oranges (Fantastico variety) which we manually zested, juiced and pulped. We sourced these bergamots directly from the growers at Azienda Agricola San Mauro in Calabria, who are a certified organic producer. A hybrid of bitter orange and lemon, this citrus fruit is prized for its intensely fragrant aroma, and most widely known for its use in Earl Grey tea.
