L’Ermitage: The World Of Tomorrow Flanders Oud Bruin (750ml)

Brewed in the fall of 2019, it then matured for 16 months in oak barrels in which the flora of yeasts and bacteria allowed it to develop a natural acidity and delicate vinous aromas highlighted by a light effervescence. Finally, the maturation ends after 10 long additional months spent in bottles.
It reminds us of the passage of time, the years that have passed, the changing world. It makes us want to slow down time to appreciate the moments of joy and sharing and immortalize them.
