Northern Monk: Patrons Project 37.01 Demondance // Love // Session IPA (440ml)

Our second Patrons Project release with tattoo artist Demondance, this is Love.

We’ve used high-oil Australian hop varieties with a juicy dry hit led by Idaho 7. You’ll also find Vic Secret, Galaxy, Enigma, Citra hop flavours flooding through, so expect passion fruit boasting tropical fruit with subtle hints of herbals and pine.

We used Rye in the grist in addition to the usual wheat and oats, to add extra depth, colour and a deep bready, spicy character
