Northern Monk x Pastore: Amy Hastings PP 34.04 The Magician Cherry Sour (440ml)

Another look at the tarot cards with Amy Hastings.

The Magician, numbered 1 in a tarot pack, has associations with Mercury burning red close to the sun. He’s usually illustrated as cloaked in red, with symbolism of the four elements and surrounded by flowers and foliage.

Teaming up with our friends at Pastore, we took these ideas to put together a deep red, lightly tart ale loaded with cherries and accentuated with intensely deep red colour and delicate aromatics of hibiscus.

The result is smoothie-thick cherry and hibiscus sour. Magic.
