Overtone: Thousand Finger Mango Sour (440ml)

We started with a strong base and gave it a quick kettle sour before adding in 250G/litre of fresh mango and swirled in some vanilla ice cream. Extra thick, creamy, tangy and sweet like a Solero ice cream.
