Overtone: Paradisi Circus Pale Ale (440ml)

We’ve collaborated with Freestyle hops to showcase one of their new experimental hop varieties, Paradisi. Bred from Pacific Jade and NZ Male hops, Paradisi promises exciting white grapefruit and mixed tropical aromas with huge intense flavours. To extract as much flavour as possible while still making a juicy, easy drinking beer we went for a sessionable pale ale.
