Overtone: Woodside Imperial Stout (440ml)

We aged a traditional American Imperial stout in peated single malt whisky sherry casks for 6 months. The casks have infused the beer with a warming depth of honey, vanilla and cinnamon while also adding a gentle layer of smokiness.
