Overtone x Emperor’s Brewing: Sidious Imperial Tonka Stout (440ml)

Highly skilled in the dark side, the Emperor joined us to brew this special imperial stout inspired by strength and power. We created a 13% rich stout with honey and demerara in the base before conditioning the beer on our main ingredient, tonka beans. Tonka is a magical ingredient with great powers of seduction, much that of Darth Sidious. The tonka enhances the rich and sweet flavours in the base while adding some spicy and nutty vanilla notes for a well-balanced stout.
