S43: 100 Minute Hour Saison (440ml)

Broadening our horizons, working on something we’ve never done before, we’ve decided to brew a Saison. Fermented with a traditional Saison Yeast for your classic fruity
ester and phenolic spice, brewed with a portion of Rye Malt to add even more spiciness. For a uniquely modern twist we have then dry hopped with Galaxy, Amarillo and
Hallertau Blanc to brew a Saison like nothing else we’ve ever tasted, fruity and spicy at the front with a refreshing dryness you’d expect from a farmhouse beer!
